This Site and its Content/s is/are provided by Mindspace Business Parks Limited and/or any of its group companies and/or its divisions/affiliates/subsidiaries {collectively “KRC”] for general information and reference only. The Content/s is/are intended to portray only artistic impressions of the proposed development/amenities by KRC and cannot be regarded as statement/s and/or representation/s of fact. i) are all tentative, till final sanction of plans for the entire concerned layout and till completion of development of all phases of the entire concerned project, Plans, areas, designs, features, etc. contained in this Site and/or in its Content/s are tentative and of indicative nature and subject to approval of the concerned authorities.

ii) may not be part of the layout or the standard premises. The interiors, furnishings, furniture, accessories, etc. displayed in the Content/s, are merely indicative and are not included in the standard premises. Dimensions and floor plan layouts are approximate and the building illustrations are design concepts only.

iii) are subject to amendment/s, change/s, modification/s and revision/s, from time to time, at KRC’s sole discretion (without prior notice), in the interest of the phase-wise development or under a scheme (without any obligation on KRC to notify such amendment on this Site or in its Content/s).

iv) may be subject to mortgage/charge created/to be created in favour of financial institution/s, etc. by KRC (who will obtain NOCs if required).

d) Any advice or information available on this Site and/or in its Content/s should not be relied upon by you/any User/s without your/such User/s procuring more accurate sources of information and/or specific legal, financial, accounting, tax or any other professional advice.

e) KRC does not warrant that this Site and its pages or the server that makes them available are/will be free from computer virus or other corrupting or destructive or harmful codes programs, macros or elements of any kind. No hyperlinking of this Site to any other website or the mirroring or reproduction/distribution/transmission of any Content/s on this Site on any other website or the use of any information/material, etc. therein for any public or commercial purpose is permitted without the prior written consent of KRC, which consent may be granted or refused at KRC’s sole discretion and may be subject to terms and conditions imposed by KRC. Facility to print an article or portion of text or material on this Site through Computer/electronic device does not amount to prior written consent.
