Senior Manager – Accounts (SAP HANA)
Department: Accounts
Location: Mumbai
Experience: CA with 10-12 years of accounting experience. SAP HANA operating knowledge preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Audit of Quarterly / Annual Financials submit by Shared Services Center – Accounting team.
- Take relevant positions for Business in terms of Finalisation of Accounts, in compliance with Ind AS
- Compliance with Listing Regulations concerning Accounts & Reporting
- Liaison with statutory auditors and ensure completion of audits within agreed timelines
- Working on other Board and Audit Committee deliverables like presentations, etc.
- Custodian of Financial Controls
- Ensuring timely closure of financial statements and audit
- Ensuring compliances with FEMA, MSME Act, etc.
- Financial process improvements through SAP
- Implementation of Internal Financial Controls / Risk Management framework
- Working with Tax teams on various tax structuring, tax audit and transfer pricing matters, etc.
- Working on mergers / demergers etc. along with other functional teams
- Automating various accounting processes
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Com, CA.
