Assistant Manager – M&A and Corporate Finance

Experience: 2 - 3 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Working on financial models, valuations etc.
- Evaluating acquisitions of real estate assets including brownfield and core assets.
- Working with business teams to decide on feasibility of the deals.
- Working on Investment Presentations with the Management to get deals approved by the Management and Board
- Working with Diligence partners
- Undertaking Due Diligences
- Closure of Acquisition documents
- Closure of acquisition price and other measurement metrics
- Working on Investor Presentations, Board Presentations, Info Memorandums, etc.
- Business Finance – Working with business teams on various business initiatives, strategies, analysis, etc.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Com, CA
- Should have a good understanding of financial valuation methodologies.
- Analytical and numerical skills.
- Good excel and power point skills.
